The quality of the products is excellent, and they met my expectations perfectly, which is why I'm giving a 5-star rating. However, there was a four-month delay in the mold-making process which took longer than I anticipated. Additionally, some miscommunications occurred along the way, resulting in extra fees that I wish could have been avoided. Despite these issues, I am very satisfied with the product I received, and I plan to continue working with Leo and this supplier.
